The Weymouth Beach Kite Festival

At least 40,000 enjoy a three-day international kite flying spectacle on Weymouth's golden beach. The festival features aerial acrobats, giant sky sculpturs, stunt and fighting kites and participants from Britain, Europe and the USA. Free events include a kids kite workshop and a night kite flying and fireworks display on the Sunday night.
